Setting up Email Alerts - A Quick Refresher
30.01.26
Staying on top of new information doesn’t have to mean constantly re-running searches. GeoClerk’s ‘Email Alerts’ ensure the latest, most relevant data is delivered straight to your inbox without users lifting a finger.
Email Alerts are built directly from your searches, giving you complete control over what you’re notified about. Filter by keywords, commodities, company names, projects, or image types, allowing you to focus only on the information that matters to you. For added precision, searches can also be defined spatially by drawing or selecting an area of interest on the map, ensuring alerts are limited to specific regions or tenements.
Further refinements can be made by selecting specific databases, such as ASX, TSX, government datasets, or private collections.
This flexibility allows alerts to be tailored for regional monitoring, competitor tracking, or project-focused updates.
Once configured, GeoClerk continuously monitors incoming data against your criteria and sends notifications as new documents become available – concatenating your alerts into a maximum of one email daily or weekly. It’s a simple but powerful way to stay informed, reduce manual searching, and ensure no critical update is missed.
The video below shows an example of how to build an email alert for any new sections published within documents in a geographical area that mention lithium and report grade.
