Creating Shapes in GeoClerk - A Quick Refresher

08.10.25

Over the past few months, GeoClerk’s spatial viewer and georeferencing interface have had a number of updates, making it a good time to revisit the different ways you can create shapes in the platform.

The video below walks through all the options, including:

  • Drawing shapes directly on the map

  • Importing external shape files

  • Copying shapes from report metadata

  • Generating shapes around tenements (Australia)

  • Building shapes from project or deposit names

  • Creating shapes from georeferenced images

With more spatial search enhancements on the horizon, being able to quickly define and refine your areas of interest will be key to getting the most out of GeoClerk.
