Document Management
with all the power of GeoClerk

Empower your Geoscience team with smarter document management.

Do you need to manage vast collections of technical documents, where information needs to be easily searched by any criteria – project, tenure, company of origin or location, including spatial searching?

GeoClerk is more than a powerful geospatial search platform – it is a secure, purpose-built Document Management System (DMS) for the resources industry. Designed to handle large volumes of technicaldata, GeoClerkcentralises your documents and links them directly to location, tenure and project context. This ensures critical information is easy to find, simple to manage and always accessible to the right people. By combining spatial intelligence with robust document management, GeoClerk helps teams work efficiently, collaboratively and confidently.

Why GeoClerk DMS?

Other DMS’s store data in complex databases, forcing users to add metadata about the document when uploading – wastingtime and introducing potential errors. GeoClerk does this automatically using LLMs, withusers able to geo-tag the document using the images within it. As more images are georeferenced, the spatial data updates to become more accurate. User searches are no longer limited to specific metadata types.

Data Security is Paramount

Out of the box, GeoClerk provides a complete standalone DMS solution, stored on our cloud servers. Clients can SFTP documents to have them processed, stored in private/secure storage and made searchable via the GeoClerk platform. Access to these documents is restricted to the client’s own users.

For clients requiring GeoClerk to integrate with their own DMS, we provide a pre-processing/indexing service. Documents are processed, indexed and made searchable via GeoClerk, but all assets (documents and derived imagery) are hosted and served to the client’s users from within their own systems. Clients gain all the benefits of GeoClerk across their documents, without storing proprietary documents in an external environment.

Access to client content from the GeoClerk web application is managed via pre-signed URLs, generated with keys provided by the client. Should they ever choose to revoke access to documents, they simply cancel the key provided to GeoClerk from their internal IT tools, ensuring control over access remains firmly in the client’s hands.

In either case, all the functionality and benefits of GeoClerk are fully available.
